Our stay at this hotel was extremely concerning. Not only do they give us a filthy room, but the building itself was falling apart. Also, this room was advertised as being able to sleep seven. However, it does not. It sleeps 6. When I dealt with the office as to the mix-up of how many the room was supposed to sleep they told me there was nothing that they could do. They also told me they do not any give refunds. It goes against their hotel policy. Attached to our photos of the broken jacuzzi and numerous other things wrong with the room.

We booked 2 rooms, spur of the moment. One room was fine, the other needed plenty of repairs. The bathroom sink faucet was loose, the shower handle was… I don’t k or what it was; just not right. The other room was fine. Cleanliness was acceptable for the price. We booked quickly and had to tell the front desk we would check in late. They were prepared for our arrival and check-in took under 2 minutes because they knew AND did something about it. It’s fantastic support.

I booked through Expedia a few days in advance. The day I arrived I checked the price of the room and it was listed as $67.00. I paid over twice the rate. I asked the woman at the desk to explain the discounted price and she said they had nothing to do with Expedia. When I asked her what the normal rate was for the room she said she didn't know. How can one even work the front desk if they don't the cost of a room? Her fkat affect was of someone who was either totally depressed or totally unengaged in her job, I got to the room and although the sign outside the door called it a suite, it was anything but. Very small. I noticed there were no tissues and no ice bucket, two things I would normally expect in a room. There was two sets of towels for two people staying three days and no lotion. I went to the desk to encounter Miss Congeniality and ask for the items I assumed were forgotten. She said they didn't have tissues, or an ice bucket or body lotion. The driest state in the nation and no body lotion. I was lucky to get a few extra towels. A day later, after coming back from several hours out, I was surprised the trash had not been removed, nor the coffee restocked. On a map of the property in fine print was the notification that housekeeping doesn't come by until you check out. If you need/want something, you have to go and ask for it yourself. I thought it would have been nice to have been told that when I checked into a place that I over paid for.

Comfortable, small.

Comfortable beds, very small room though. Ideal for a last minute, unplanned one-night stay (like I had to do). Bathroom was spacious compared to the main room. Could hear everything the neighbors said through the walls, but other than that it was fine for an overnight stay.
