It was a very convenient location. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was quiet. The only dislike is that I booked a room with a couch and ended up in a smaller room without a couch.

I did like that Walmart is right next to the property. Very convenient. Room was not as clean as it should have been. Small bits of trash on the floor, walls needed to be wiped down, had some kind of staining on the walls. Breakfast was really good, great options, well stocked. Lobby was kept clean. But make sure you are there before the closing time. When they say closes at 9:00, they mean it.

Pool is inside but freezing cold. Rooms are not as pictured. What I booked and showed the receptionist from the booking didn’t match what we got. he said that layout was not available at this hotel? So little disappointed. Really close to the North Pole experience and way cheaper and a nicer hotel than others in the area. Would book again. But definitely a little disappointed with the pool.

We left the property at 9:05am and returned at 4:30pm, and housekeeping didn’t clean our room, provide towels or anything. Shower leaked so had to use extra towels for the floor. Second night there was some child running around either above or next to us until 11pm. I called the front desk and was told it would be taken care of, and it wasn’t. It finally stopped only to start up at 7am and go for hours. I think it was the room next to ours and they were just allowing their toddler to run amok. Won’t be staying here again!

Horrible. Left in less than 4 hours . Room had holes in the wall . Food was stuck in the a/c vents . Pee all over the toilet. Floors very dirty . Pool was definitely gross . Bath room has film all over it . Looks like the place had never been cleaned . Blue tape everywhere. From painting or something that was never taken down . And the service at the front desk from kids was a joke .
