Overall rating was 5 stars, room, staff & check-out ease. The only thing they need to change are the steps (to access the bldg.) in the back parking lot. They need to add a ramp also (handicap access). Hauling my suitcase down, then back up the concrete steps after my stay, outside in the cold, was very difficult.

I love these flagstaff la quintas. This one feels a little older than the one off 1-40 but the room was so much larger. We had our two dogs and love the convenience of traveling with them. Thank you to your staff, they’re very courteous. A in my book. The breakfast eggs are a little iffy, but I like my eggs dry.

Was not happy with the breakfast, there were too many people we were unable to get any food. They had to open up another room to accommodate everyone. Stayed at this hotel for the breakfast but did not get to eat it!
