We loved our room. On the bottom looking out to the pool. Gorgeous at night. Love the courtyard area. Could be spruced up but the fact the hotel has seating out there is a win

Hallways smelled bad. Think because it’s a doggie hotel and perhaps some have soiled the hallway carpets Mattress very very soft. Way too soft

Had a great stay. Staff are all really friendly and the rooms clean and comfortable. Great locations for us travelling in and out of Flagstaff to explore. Few dinning options over the road and fast food round the corner. Would stay here again.

Beautiful view out the window in the room. It felt like i was staying in a private guest room at someone's house. Breakfast was terrific. Dining area was clean and spacious, with comfortable seating.

Overall the property I would rate a 5 star but unfortunately they put me next to an exit door and the door slamming all night kept waking me up. Also, someone’s dog kept crying all night for those reasons I gave it a four star. Staff were very nice and room was clean.
