Enjoyed staying in the park…highly recommend staying in the park and using the shuttle. Nice room in the lodge. The only reason I gave it four stars is because you could hear noise in the hall at times and also outside early in the morning…

Room and property are super clean! There’s a water filling fountain in the hall with the ice machine. The food court has great food selections. It’s a 7-minute walk to the rim of the Grand Canyon. The free shuttle and paid tour buses pick up in front. The only thing we didn’t like was the barn-door for the bathroom door.

I don’t know if you have to ask for housekeeping but our room was never cleaned. They didn’t even get garbage put or ask of we needed towels. We mentioned to a housekeeper that we were going out for the day if they wanted to go in and got a nod and NO HOUSEKEEPING.
