Checking in was great and fairly easy. I had to find the area i was staying in on my own. I was worried, when i was walking up stairs i felt like the path was going to collapse. The room had an awkward smell, the room I originally booked online was supposed to have a fridge. But there was no fridge. The 2 beds were pretty basic so no issues there. The bathroom really wasnt clean as there was spots. The remote was missing the back, there was a weird amount of nats flying around the bathroom area. I ended up cleaning it myself. At night, i was a bit worried when i had to go to the parking lot it wasnt as well lit. There was a lot of slamming doors and smokers outside by the stairs.

We had zero heat in our room the entire night and the temperature was in the 20’s. When we checked in another customer was complaining on the phone to the manager about their room being too hot. The manager gave us a space heater, but the light illuminated the room too much to sleep. We were also given an extra blanket, but it was inadequate. We had to sleep with our down jackets on. The managers’s only excuse was that she had over 100 rooms to manage and that our room had not been rented in a long time. I really want my $200 back. That is a LOT of money to pay for a room. We managed, but it was not nice facing a 14 hour drive the next day.

It was a one night stay when the beds were folded down, there was hair there was hair in the bathtub. There was a coffee pot that did not work. The floor wasn’t swept, and the only chair in there had a big dirty spot that was not ever wiped down in the middle of the night the police arrived, which caused a lot of commotion I talked to the front desk about the sheets. I talked to the front desk early in the morning and was never returned. Any phone call that I had asked for very unpleasant. Take a shower in the morning to the light in the fan just shut off very very unpleasant.
