The room was very comfortable and clean with a very comfy bed. The front desk sraff was kind and courtesy with greeting us every time we walked in. We definitely recommed this hotel for your stay. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Fantastic stay. If you are going to Williams you should at this wonderful little hotel. The service was exceptional, location couldn’t have better, and it was the cleanest hotel I have ever been in.

Stayed at the Ellsworth for two nights, a little birthday getaway for my boyfriend and I. We live in Phoenix. Loved all the new updates that this hotel has, including the laundry room and fitness center. The theme of the hotel is very unique and has an upscale feel. We really liked the bar area with the pool table as it was a great place to hang out before going to the room for the night. The restaurant next door (Frontier!) was amazing and is a short walking distance to get food and drinks. Other than finding a few hairs in a towel on the sink area (I gave 4 of 5 stars for cleanliness because of this), We loved everything about this hotel. We will definitely be back for a weekend sometime in the future!

Williams is cute, but maybe stay somewhere else.
The hotel is newly renovated and clean. But our Ac didnt work both night we were there. The compressor never kicked on, just the fan. Staff came down and was just like well the fans on so its working. Even though it was 85 in the room and almost 50 outside. Had to go buy a fan because they didnt have any and it was to late to move hotels. They also dont have cribs, so avoid of you have small ones. Tried to give my husband alcohol for compensation. But my husband has been sober for eight years. Also kind of weird but they tried to say they moved the ac from another room.. which there was no evidence of and you cant replace a wall ac without getting drywall and crap on the floor. Also started with 148 channels then they came and changed it so now theres only 4.

Overall great stay
We mainly used the Ellsworth as a place to sleep, but it searched it's purpose well. Staff was welcoming, even at 1 in the morning when we checked in. Only complaints is that the bed position in the room was a bit odd, making it a big awkward to walk around for the bathroom, but otherwise a pretty comfortable and clean room.
