DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL IN FLAGSTAFF. I booked a non-smoking room and was give a room that smelt like cigarettes. I asked the lady at the front desk if I can switch rooms and she refused. She also refused to come to the room to smell it and she refused to refund me. I had to call Expedia and file a dispute. I ended up booking another hotel because I did not want to sleep in a room that smelt like cigarettes. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

Cozy and calm. Hear the train a comin.

I always love my stay here. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and huge bonus it's walking distance to the Museum Club (zoo) where you can always find the animals.

Couldn't get the door to open to our room, had to throw my shoulder into it. Right off route 66, lots of train noise. Door next to us had tape holding the card sensor. Room was clean, good spot to sleep for the night.
