The room that they put us in, smelled of dog urine. We picked a hotel that had a hot tub and pool, both were dirty, unable to swim or relax in the hot tub, even though the pool and hot tub were open from the beginning of May. Will not be staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stayed at this hotel. Super nice, very close to the Grand Canyon, the price was great, the room was awesome, we will recommend this place to our friends and family. Keep the good work and the reasonable price for the rooms. The jacuzzi was what we needing after a long day of hikes in the area.

Perfect little place.

Nice people, clean quiet, affordable and a very nice hot breakfast consisting of scrambled eggs or cheese omelets, potatoes and sausage patties, waffles and lot of of cold items. Something for everyone. Easy check in and check out.

On way to Hrand Canyon

Great location; easy check in; great pool/hot tub area; ac was wonderful. Only down side is u hear ur neighbors showing, drying hair & conversations. Good breakfast.

We had an ok stay until there was no power at the hotel or part of the town.we left at 5:30pM after being told there would be no power for 36 hrs...to date, almost a week later, we have still not been reimbursed for the night that we paid for and we're not able to remain for....the clerk told us, as well as others, that we would be reimbursed for the night....

Booked for 2 days. On the second day they lost electricity. We waited until 4 to inquire at desk and was told it wasn't going to be restored until 3AM. Due to using oxygen this wasn't an option. When asked what they could do for us we were told 25% off base price for the one day. Was told manager would contact me next day and heard NOTHING. Will be calling main office unless Expedia can help.
