Very rude staff- I’m tired of talking about it. They don’t love what they do obviously and it shows. I left an item. I haven’t gotten it yet. Staff is super unmotivated and could care less. I only stayed there because I had to, but don’t do it if you don’t have to. Ella Raivala the manager is ridiculous. Never there or available. Very condescending. I will follow through regarding service later. Just wanted to get this in now because I received an email reminding me to do it. Bad place. I get having to stay there if you’re passing through and it’s the only thing available but try not to. It’s really not worth it.

The room was fine, other than the tv. It came on but the image was paused and no buttons ‘woke up’ the tv. Turned it off and back on multiple times, to no avail. Called the front desk and was told he would fix it. 40 minutes later no one had showed and the TV still wouldn’t work. I called back and he said, “Unfortunately, I can’t do anything.” and I was given no other options, which was disappointing.

Overall good

Overall it was great for one nights rest with 2 kids close enough to the spots we wanted to see. The only thing was our room had one trash that hadnt been emptied but thats it. Overall we would stay again

The front desk clerk was awful, seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing or just didn’t want to be there. Took 20 minutes for someone just to come to the front desk and another 30 just to get checked in other then that the hotel was average good thing it was just for a quick nights rest

This is an older hotel/motel and you can tell by the condition of the rooms and hallway. The room thankfully is clean, the hallway is another story. We only stayed overnight just to sleep and left at 4 am to start our journey. Can’t say anything about the breakfast, but I would probably skip this hotel/motel next time if staying longer in the area. One good thing is that it is in a quiet location away from the main town, but close to a gas station and freeway.
