Good location for Grand Canyon. Staff worked very hard to help. Room was clean and tidy. Hotel was quiet. Parking was easy.

I don’t know how this hotel had a recommendation of 8! It was terrible and broken down. The old kitchen in it had no dishes and doors missing on the cabinets. Pictures are completely not honest. Needs updating badly! Wish I had researched more before trusting the 8 rating on it! I would not give it more than a 5 or 6!

Due to a 12 hour train delay we didn’t checkin in until the morning we were due to check out. Only had time for showers. Shower was great! Room was clean. We were grateful that they extended checkout until 12. The property was itself was just very old, roadside motel looking place. Had I not booked online, I would have never stopped here. Completely overpriced, i guess because of the Grand Canyon location.

Property is very old; room furniture is damaged and refrigerator had large dents in it. Door safety latch was broken / missing, door after closing would suddenly open and swing inward. Keys to door rarely worked as door card locks are very old and damaged. Hotel charges $20 "early check-in fee," which in 35 years of traveling, not ONE hotel has ever done that to me. They already had a room ready, so this hotel baits you in with lower room rates, then gouges you with extra "fees." Staff were not very friendly, but did do their job in fixing the door safety latch. Would not stay again.
