Nice beds

Didn’t expect much but quite updated and very comfortable mattress! Fridge and micro very clean. Nice people. Lobby had strong odor.

My go-to respite in Flagstaff

I discovered this motel about a year ago and I have to say, I am really impressed with how the proprietor and employees run this nice establishment. Incredibly clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly. Comfortable bed and room and bathroom nicely appointed. It is very quiet and I have never had any problems with noisy neighbors in the motel. It seems everyone who stays here just wants a nice relaxing rest and is very respectful of the other patrons. The location is wonderful, too. Just a little east of downtown, and Buffalo Park is very close and easy to get to for a nice local hike/bike ride.. Lots of places to eat nearby or within a few miles, and easy to get to Butler Rd and the I 17 if the main drag/ route 66 gets busy during morning and afternoon/evening traffic times.

This is an old route 66 type motel that has been completely reconditioned. The room was small but that's how they were back in the day. It was clean and had a nice bed and shower

Great spot for weekend in Flagstaff

No complaints. Even though check-in hours end at 10, somebody was available to help us after 11 because our Amtrak train got in late. Excellent location next to grocery store and rental car place. Only a mile from downtown. Room was clean when we arrived. It’s not the Ritz but it’s nothing like the roach motels that some of these highway inns have become.

If I could give 10000 infinity stars for this property I would!! First of all, the stay itself was exactly what I was hoping for. Quick check in even at my late arrival time of 1:30am after driving from LA, easy parking in front of my room, clean room, hot shower, clean sheets and towels. But what brought this place over the top beyond belief was when I made the extremely huge error of leaving something VERY valuable in the room and then heading to my final destination of Albuquerque. About 2 hours from my destination I realized I had left the item and I called the front desk in a panic. Immediately the staff member (who I believe is the owner) went to look for the item and then came back and confirmed they had it and would keep it safe for me until I drive back to LA on the same route 2 days later. The honesty and integrity shown by this hotel in helping me out of this grave error has truly blown my mind and everyone I’ve told about the situation has felt the same way. True good values are very rare these days and the staff and owner of Relax Inn in Flagstaff are a shining example of them. I am so grateful for this property and will sing its praises for years to come!!

Older hotel being remodeled. We needed a comfy bed and clean bath at a very reasonable price. It fit the bill. Very comfy bed.
