Clean but tiny room. Trains passed within 50 yards about every 15 minutes. Locals say over 100 a day.

The property was “updated” but I’d say minimally. There’s a train that runs constantly right across the street. Very loud. Not a lot of space to get around the room. The manager was annoying. Calling me on my phone asking why I had the do not disturb sign on the door. If I walked outside he was asking if something was wrong. I’m on vacation please don’t bother me.

The hotel room is very clean and comfortable. The owner is nice and friendly. Everything is smooth. The weather is very pleasant (around 70) in Flagstaff when Phoenix hits 94 degrees.

The front door attendant was super kind and welcoming. Pretty sure he was the manager, if not, owner. But can't say for sure. Either way, dude was very nice.

For a just passing through stay in Flagstaff, this motel offers comfort and convenience. I would bring an extra pillow or 2, but the beds are comfortable enough. The family who runs the motel are friendly. I usually stay here when driving through.

Stayed few times. Small but clean. Easy. Good shower & bed. Room 211 is up against a building and closer to the road & train tracks. Train comes through all night and the walls & window rattle & reverberate against the warehouse next door.

Throughout the night there were trains running constantly. I didn't get much sleep until I blasted the AC to cover the noise. If you're looking for a restful nights rest, then this isn't the property to book. Multiple train tracks are directly across the street and the trains run throughout the night. Other than that, the rooms were clean and cozy, but it's all about a good nights rest after being on the road all day.

The picture shown are deceptive the room was smaller than what is shown. The area around the beds is a bare floor. Most hotels have carpet. The towels were like sandpaper. I guess they've never heard of fabric softener. The rooms are in close proximity to a train track with a lot of traffic. There are no restaurants within walking distance, but there are a variety of places within a short drive. Would I stay here again: no

Great location with rock hard bed

Great Location, room was clean and modern. Biggest complaint was the bed. Its hard as a rock. I might as well have slept on the floor. Worst mattress I have ever slept on, and I have stayed at A LOT of hotels over the years.
