good in a pinch

Nothing special but okay considering the price. Have stayed here before and did not have hot water or warm room. (middle of winter) Gave it another try because all the other motels were priced ridiculously above our means.

You get what you pay for.

The noise of the train all night plus the very flat, uncomfortable pillows made for a restless night. The room was small, no room to move around with two people. It was centrally located but will go somewhere else next time, away from the railroad tracks.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights. It’s a great location and close to downtown Flagstaff. It had basic amenities and the room was great for just having a place to stay on our trip. It was clean enough for me! And we were thankful for the heater since it snowed during our trip in February. The front desk person (seemed like the owner) was really nice and friendly. But the housekeeping staff missed our room when we put the sign out. Wasn’t a big deal though. It’s a small and humble motel and definitely would stay again.

Stayed 3 nights at the property. Good value for money in Flagstaff. It is conveniently located on Route 66, close to downtown and shopping and easy access to I-40. While the motel itself was quiet, note that the train tracks are across the street and there are BNSF freight trains that pass at least 20 times per day and night. That took some getting used to. The rooms are small but fine and include a refrigerator and microwave. Wish it had a coffee maker as the coffee at the front desk was only available 7am-10am. Bed linens and towels were as expected for an old Route 66 motel - worn and threadbare. I've stayed in several motels like this and it would be great if the owners knew how important newer sheets and towels upgrade the customer's experience. Nice and helpful staff. Would stay again as the location is very convenient and the motel provides good value.

Lots of noise 24/7 from freight trains. No heater, ac only - blows hot air loudly as well. No heater in a bathroom - you close the door - it gets awfully cold, or you leave the door open… huge cracks at the door. it’s a cave age experience in America 2025. Hello capitalism - why bother improving property when people gonna come skiing anyway? Bed frame is not a bed frame - some questionable structure. Just overall tragic establishment, deserves to be demolished.

The bed in my room felt like I was sleeping on concrete it was so hard. I never got a receipt from the property because I left so early. When I called to get a receipt, I was told that I should have gotten it at check in and told me there was nothing she could do.
