Very spacious modern & clean rooms. Nice amenities. The staff was very friendly & accommodating . Pet friendly & they even had a goodie bag for our dog. Nice pet relief area. We stayed during the week & it was very quiet. Only downside was the price on the hotels.com website did not include taxes and fees, those, plus the pet fee( which is one time & not daily) doubled the price of our one night stay. But it was worth it.

Best service I have encountered in many years. The rooms are updated and very comfortable. Couple of great restaurants right in front and just a couple of minutes to more shopping. Highly recommend this place if you are traveling or coming for a short visit. Thank you.

This property has horrible customer service, they do not care to fix issues with your stay. Instead tell you there is nothing they can do when you cant access the building. Also the do not refund your deposits either

This was a fantastic find at the end of a long day of travel. I loved the small balcony off my room! Check in was quick and easy. Room was quiet, even with restaurants sharing a parking lot. And staff was friendly. Especially Lexie!

Great Hotel in Flag - Will Be Back
Needed a hotel when taking our daughter back to NAU. While it looks like your average motel from the outside, the room and bathroom were remodeled and very high end. Comfy beds. The hotel is right along side the freeway but you would never know. The room was extremely quiet. Nice pool. No elevator but doable stairs.

Friendly service and immaculate rooms
The room and the lobby were spotless. I didn’t have time to visit any other areas of the hotel. The room was large, allowing my family to move about without bumping into each other. The beds have multiple charging ports. I would definitely stay here again.
