Flagstaff and AZ is expensive for a hotel room. I stay a lot in Wyndham’s all over country. The staff were nice. This one is expensive for the money. The room was sterile and no coffeemaker and hardly any towels. Only a coffee cafe machine in the lobby. No cookies as promised. Too many monetary threats if you violate any rules. $40 for my dog over nite kinda says it all.

Very accommodating

Check in with smooth apart from details were different from hotels.com regarding certain fees. They matched what hotels.com had listed quickly and there was no delay beyond a verification with a manager. We were in our room within minutes. Staff was friendly. The only confusion was the cleaning staff came into our room. When our understanding was, they were not going to be cleaning during our stay and there was no tag to say do not disturb.

Had a great stop through! Was a little worried with how cheap it was, but it was a delightful hotel with nice staff! Just be aware that some bottom floor rooms have a glass door open to the pool atrium.

This was a great place to stay while exploring some trails around Flagstaff. Front desk girls were always willing to help and accomodating. I LOVED their coffee machine that's accessible to all guests, I definitely got my espresso fix here. Their hot tub and sauna was also a huge bonus from all the trails I was hitting, it was perfect for recovery. It's close to the highway and other necessary locations like Walmart, Whole Foods and downtown Flagstaff (which is beautiful, by the way). Highly recommended, it's no question why they have such good ratings and reviews!

The first person at the desk was awful. We had an issue and she would not do a thing about it. I called Expedia and they contacted the hotel and not only did she do nothing but refused to give them her name. The young girl that was at the desk for the rest of our stay was fabulous, friendly and helpful. Non the less I will not be returning.

I’m overall, we love this hotel for the price and friendly service: there are a few things missing that we would expect from any hotel in this price range. Some of these include sheer curtains for the window- we don’t like a cave. Challenges with the TV set (no Netflix, streaming service even though they are built in). However, the front desk girl was very helpful in trying to navigate this for us. No coffee maker in the room, and even though this place is dog friendly, there are no designated dog run areas. I say all of this just for information but we would stay here again. Pros: the beds are comfy, bathroom is clean, lobby is stunning and the staff is wonderful.
