Its an older style motel, in a perfect spot for the Train Station-not terrible, but not the greatest design or room. BIG fridge and TV, which were plusses.

Place needs a complete overhaul! Grubby & uncared for. The reception smelled of curry not a good 1st impression. Staff not the friendliest. Room grubby needs complete redecoration & modernisation.

They downgraded my room and never gave me my money back, had to get a different room because light wouldn’t turn off, the shower was frightening. And the girl at the desk was rude, rude, rude!

Rude and dishonest reception re pet fee NOT disclosed by your agent, Hotels.com in booking and taking my money. Tiny room with no space. Dark, dreary. General crappy condition of room. Toilette paper shoved in trap door in ceiling of bathroom. Loose sink faucet.

Like being close to the historic district. The office personnel were rude and very hard for us to understand we were told there would be a breakfast but all they had with water down juice and water down coffee, nothing else and no place to have a breakfast, they could not tell me how much per night I was being charged or give me a receipt

Located at a major intersection to get around town easily but also across the street from the train tracks so that was a bit loud at times (hard to avoid though anywhere in Flagstaff) Service was nice and easy - old rooms but fixed nicely enough to sleep and shower.

Adequate for a one night stay.

The room is tiny. There is no counter space in the bathroom. The location is close to restaurants and breweries, but also close to train tracks, so it's noisy.

There was a water leak or something that made the 3ft of carpet outside the bathroom wet. The front desk person put some towels on it and said the maintenance person would come in an hour. He didn’t show up by 8pm and I had to call the front desk on my cell phone because the room phone didn’t work. I told him we going to sleep and not to have the maintenance person come. We had a 4am train to catch. It was close to the station which is the only reason we picked it.

The ice machine was broken and they didn't seem to care. They should have gotten bagged ice to give out. There are unsafe stairs that I'm sure are a code violation. Overall, the hotel is dirty, in poor visitation. But, it's in a great location.
