The facility is easy to find - it is close to JST I40-17-89. It is a very simple motel, no elevator to the second floor, noisy during night time. The room is big enough, with a fridge and a microwave. The coffeemaker was dirty, we could not use it. The breakfast is very limited, no eggs or mafins. Yogurt was good though.

Noisy location
Location is right by noisy train tracks. Blanket on bed was very thin and no extra blanket was provided. Breakfast was below par compared to the usual fare offered by hotels. This one had no bacon or eggs.

I like my room location on the property. The entrance to my room is inside the building versus entrance to my room from the parking lot. The small coffee pot addition to the room is a big plus for customers who have to leave early in the morning. Thank you for breakfast.

Clean, friendly behind the desk staff, (house keeping and breakfast staff not friendly at all, they start picking up at 8:45 even though breakfast is til 9am. and will start to yell at you they are closed for breakfast if you try to get something), Waffles were great although they ran out before 830am so if you were not up early no waffles, the cereal is super stale. You could hear the TV in the room next to us blaring all night, you could hear trains go by and traffic noise from our room. Good location, overall was worth the lower rate of a hotel, would stay there again.

Staff was excellent, room clean, housekeeping very good. Pizza next door, just walk over. Plenty of dining and shopping around hotel. Convenient location for where we going to Snowbowl only 30 minutes. Only one complaint the beds were very hard, made one achey in the morning. Breakfast good wish they had offered a protein. I do recommend a stay here.

Overall, it was a great stay at a good price. Everything was clean. The bed was too firm for my personal comfort and we were at the closest end to train tracks. The first night was a little rough getting used to trains all night, the heater going on and off, and the mattress. After that, I slept pretty well. The breakfast offerings were juices, fruit, yogurt, and a variety of bread products--muffins, donuts, waffles, pancakes four breakfast cereals. Our preference would have been for a little more protein, but I brought my own hard-boiled eggs. I liked having the microwave and small refrigerator in the room. However, the microwave kept tripping the circuit, so we had to fish out the multiplug, ensure all plugs were connected securely and reset everything. Once we had the multi-plug more accessible, it was much easier The hotel is on the east side of town and was very convenient for heading to Sunset Crater and the Grand Canyon.
