I loved the decor and the hotel was clean for the most part. The staff were friendly. The elevator had interesting lighting options as I don't think the overhead lighting was working but they used that looked like Christmas lights and it was dark in there which could give some more anxiety if they have claustrophobia. The dining options were few and the breakfast buffet needed refilling. The fitness center was small but clean however many of the machines did not work. The business center was nice, I needed to print something and their printer was not working but the front desk offered to print what was needed. Overall we would go back, it was well priced and the experience was positive.

Don't think twice, and choose this hotel
This was the nicest hotel that we could find online near the Grand Canyon and we weren't disappointed. It was beautiful and warm inside on a cold day. They offered free warm drinks and cookies in the lobby, the decor was on-theme, and I really wish we had time to take advantage of the nice pool and gym.

Everyone was so friendly. The breakfast was great. Different choices. Last time I was here both the pool and the jacuzzi were heated. Not this time, only jacuzzi. Other that everything was great. Food options around the hotel area. Short drive to the national park.

Loved the rustic look, lobby, bar and restaurant were done right. Room was fine, clean, warm, and with the exception of one rude couple in early morning hallway noise, it was very quiet and nice place to stay. Staff was great, friendly. Liked the fitness center and pool. Well maintained. Enjoyed our stay.
