A great choice for your Canyon visit.
This is a great economical choice for your visit to Grand Canyon. Good price, friendly people, a nice Free Breakfast and daily room service. Haven't seen that since COVID! Clean updated facility. We will stay there again.

Exterior condition is rundown - do not judge by pictures. But the rooms are neat and clean even though they need updating. The breakfast is just cereal and toast. The pancake machine does not make pancakes. There is no fruit or protein offerings.

We had a problem with a smoke smell in our room. Staff keeps windows open and close to ash containers.and guests smoking outside close to guests doors. The smell was bad in the room. We were offered a new room which was much better but not free of smoke smell.

Upon arrival I picked up remote to turn on tv. Remote was dirty. The doors were dirty. I wiped the dirt off remote and doors easily with Lysol wipes. The carpet was filthy. I would shower and a couple of hours later the bottom of my feet were dark brown from walking on the carpet. I had to wash my feet before going to bed each night. This place is very outdated. Staff never at front desk. Always had to ring a bell for someone to come out. Free breakfast is minimal. It included, cereal, toast, pancakes and drinks.

Ripped up carpet, black mold in the showers, windows left open with no screens. Other guests smoking all around the building which just floods into the rooms. Had to move twice due to wasps in our first room and second room was full of no joke, a heavy flow of chain smoking cigarette smoke. Front office where you have breakfast in the am was filthy and smelled so bad! The only positive about any of this was, the front office gentleman was understanding and was trying to do what he could to help. It just was overwhelming terrible!
