Good for a one night stay. Room was clean enough. Don't count on the breakfast, we went somewhere else. Only options at breakfast were toast and cereal. Not sure where the pool and hot tub were. Plenty of parking and close to everything.

Like most places in Williams, the property is old and needs some upgrades but everything in the rooms works and the staff was nice. Location of the property is perfect. It is minutes from Coaster adventure park and the main street that has all the restaurants and attractions.

This property was in horrible condition! The first room we were put in had two beds and a sofa pullout, the mattress was terrible! The door would not lock. We were told it would be a few hours before maintenance could arrive to tend to it. We demanded a new room and it was given. All areas of this facility were rundown and absolutely filthy! The front desk person was never at the front, there was always a sign that said back in 30 min and you had to ring bell for several minutes before he emerged from a side room/office. The complimentary breakfast was terrible. The orange juice was flavored water, the pancake machine made undercooked pancakes and there was only white bread as a toast option.

We loved that it had three beds and the 3rd bed was like in its own room inside the same room. the only problem was that the refrigerator and microwave didn’t work and I have one year old and needed those to keep food and heat up milk. But other than that we liked our stay and would go again.

A great choice for your Canyon visit.
This is a great economical choice for your visit to Grand Canyon. Good price, friendly people, a nice Free Breakfast and daily room service. Haven't seen that since COVID! Clean updated facility. We will stay there again.

Exterior condition is rundown - do not judge by pictures. But the rooms are neat and clean even though they need updating. The breakfast is just cereal and toast. The pancake machine does not make pancakes. There is no fruit or protein offerings.

We had a problem with a smoke smell in our room. Staff keeps windows open and close to ash containers.and guests smoking outside close to guests doors. The smell was bad in the room. We were offered a new room which was much better but not free of smoke smell.
