Amazing!!! From check in to check out. Service second to none. Tavern dinners were delicious. The General Store is great for anything you need. Enjoy! Also, there is a Catholic Church in the Park.

This place was amazing and very large with lots of extras on site. The only negative I can say is the woman at the front desk was not a very pleasant person. I am not sure if she was the supervisor or what. The lady that checked us in was super nice. We made the best of it and didn't let the unpleasantness ruin our stay.

No working coffeemaker after 3 tries. Limited choices at what they call a restaurant. It's actually a cafeteria. I asked for some type of adjustment and the peeson at the front desk offered me 2 coffee voichers as we were checking out.

Our room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The “bones” of the building we were in (building 4), including the room, were in need of updating. It’s clear that this hotel has undergone some updates recently- the bathroom floor was newer, but air conditioning unit was loud and did little to cool the room, and the the interior hallway of the building we were in, as well as the stairs going up to the 2nd floor, had dated carpets that didn’t smell great and were visibly warn out. The shower never fully warmed up, and we had to bend over in the bathroom to use the sink as it was much lower than a standard sink. We had breakfast at the tavern in the morning, and the portions were more than generous, fairly priced. The staff, again was very friendly and cleaned up immediately after families left. We didn’t realize until after we checked in that the hotel didn’t offer WiFi. This was surprising, as most hotels offer this, so we didn't even think to look at this before booking. Overall, we were disappointed in this hotel. There are many options in the area, don’t feel like the amount we paid to stay here was worth the cost.

The Lodge is a terrific place to stay. However, when we arrived at night we could not find our room number in the darkness. Reflective numbers might be a solution.

Great place to stay in the park. We really enjoyed our stay, close to visitors center and some great viewpoints, convenient shuttle stops, the general store and the Tavern had good food. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Brilliant location. Comfortable rooms. Good parking. Good food at restaurant. Overpriced supermarket. We opted to not have room serviced every day and we had to go to the reception (separate building) for replacement coffee etc. which was a mild inconvenience.

Stayed 3 nights. Convenient to be in the park. Room was clean and beds comfortable. We were on 2nd floor and no elevator. So be prepared to carry luggage up. No housekeeping during our stay so we needed to empty our trash and reuse towels. They did offer to bring additional supplies/towels if needed. Decent size refrigerator in room. Bathroom fan loud but it worked. We ate at the Tavern twice which was good. Grocery store close if you need extras. Microwave available in Lodge if needed.

Very quiet. Ample parking (non-holiday weekend before Memorial Day). Not a ton of amenities but more than adequate for a good nights’ rest before Rim to Rim hike. Appreciate true blackout shades. Dining options within walking distance. Yavapai Tavern seemed to have more interesting options than Yavapai Dining Hall. Only complaint is the lighting inside the room at night is pretty poor/ dark.
