Everything was well cared for, and the property was well lit. I arrived early in the morning due to transportation. The staff member greeted me as soon as I walked through the door, and made the check in very easy and quick. Which I really appreciated it that time of the day.

Good not great

It was probably more of a 2 star location. A little run down. It was overall clean. Looked like it was family owned which is great! The male worker was not very flexible. He asked why we were sitting in the common space at 6pm. I said we were going to eat dinner. He seemed annoyed and told us to not make a mess. He also told us to not be loud in the pool. Our kids were playing and having fun…just being kids. That was annoying and left a bad taste.

Stayed five nights, each day asked for maid service. The only thing done was empty the garbage and provided clean towels on four of the days. On the fifth day we had to demand clean towels from the very reluctant manager. The breakfast was beyond terrible. On the good side, the room was quiet. The high customer rating must have been from the past as it sure didn’t live up to those expectations now. Very disappointed.

There were dried boogers on the wall, stains on the sheets and a/c, and a tub you couldn’t even fill with water.

Pool not available due to low supply of chemicals - then they left the pool door open so the entire place was extremely humid. The staff was very friendly and a good variety of food on the complimentary breakfast. Bed was comfortable.
