Good breakfast. Good variety. Bed in room sleeps good and clean Carpets need cleaning . Dirty spots throughout hotel. Rooms are small but comfortable. Friendly desk clerk and staff. Restaurant attached to hotel had Super dirty floors and dust everywhere Small convenience store 1st floor a bit pricey.

A Relaxing 60th Birthday Stay

I recently celebrated my 60th birthday with a wonderful stay at the Baymont by Wyndham in Grand Forks, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We stayed in a quiet suite, where the bed was comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind for a couple of days. The atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful which was perfect for a short getaway. I enjoyed taking in the surroundings after spending my days doing some bargain shopping around Grand Forks and treating myself to a delicious steak dinner in town. A special thank you to the young lady working at the breakfast area, who went above and beyond by noticing that my girlfriend had accidentally left her phone at the waffle grill. She made sure it was returned safely to the front desk, and it was a huge relief for us. All in all, my stay at the Baymont was exactly what I hoped for — relaxing and comfortable.

This hotel is close to the college and the event centers around the area as well as shopping. It’s always clean and the staff are friendly. My only recommendation would be an update to the pool area, but overall a very nice facility.

This is fair price for a hotel. I did the check-in online, but I still ended up waiting forever. Under the suitcase rack in our room there or bits of kibble from what I assume was a dog or cat? Having allergies to pet dander, you could tell the minute you turned on the air unit that there had been animals in the room. So the room is not thoroughly cleaned. But for what it was, not bad overall.

The G.M. contradicted what an employee told me. The employee had been GREAT throughout our stay. She was everywhere doing everything. I was so impressed. She said I could leave my scooter in a secure little corner for a few hours until my son could stop by to pick it up. The G.M. said no for liability purposes. I have stayed at Hampton, C'Mon Inn, and Rodeway. First time trying Baymont. ALL of those places worked with us and let me leave scooter at the end of our stay until my son could pick up. The G.M. ruined our stay. Was a great motel. Had a great breakfast. Glad it was dog friendly. But that G.M. just ruined the day.
