We enjoyed the morning breakfast. We died like when we arrive there was a sign saying they would be back shortly. Which was longer than I expected. We were very tired from the drive. Didn't like that there was dirty panties under our desk.

The room was good overall - I appreciated that there was a couch and small dining table in addition to the usual desk space. The office chair at the desk was old, worn, and broken and could not be used. I found that the small coffee pot in the room was dirty. Other than that, I felt good about the room being clean and in good condition. Breakfast offerings were slim and not very flavorful - the hot items consisted of some kind of egg (including obviously instant scrambled eggs), a meat, and Belgian waffles that you could make yourself. There was also coffee, juice, cereal and milk, bagels and bread, mini muffins, and yogurt. You could piece together something passable.

We had a very quiet stay. The breakfast was hot and did not run out. We were the only Canadians there. I would encourage more visitors to go to Grand Forks and stay at the GF Lodge

This weekend booking hotels with Expedia has been a nightmare I don’t think it will be booking through here anymore. Checking into the grand forks lodge took 20 minutes waiting on someone to come to the front desk. Again we booked expecting a clean and nice room and it’s gross. The blanket that was in the room for the twin bed was shoved in the drawer so it’s clearly not clean, the pull out beds gross. There is nasty stuff all over the bathroom door the toilet is gross. I am so frustrated.
