The room was clean and bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good, and had options. The only thing is no elevator and our room was on the second floor. The pool was closed and my child was looking forward to the pool. I stayed for over 9 days and pool was closed my entire stay very disappointed.

This place was very underwhelming we got there around 6pm there was no one around finally the laundry lady? Came asked what I needed I told her to check in. She asked my name handed me room keys that was it. The pool wasn't open which is why I booked there so my daughter could swim and play before her surgery the next day. The fan in the bathroom made a horrible loud screeching noise that you couldn't turn off because it came on with the light. The curtains in the room were ripped and when you sat on the bed it sounded like a metal box popping. When I went to check out once again no one there and just a box to put your key in.

Pool has a shut down sign on it but they said it was still open. Front desk not staffed at night. Breakfast on Saturday morning no replenished, only thing available was dry cereal and juices. Toilet did not shut off.

The room was muggy and humid with relatively moderate temps, the tub had Sheetrock damages and moldy caulking that looked like it was applied by a 5yo child! The entire floor was sticky and was absolutely impossible to walk on bare foot!

Very clean & well maintained. However room door did not latch properly. We thought was latched but pulled open. Had to slam to get to latch. Also told charge was $102 which i paid and they accepted. But when i asked for my receipt suddenly i had change coming which they gave me with the receipt. It was a matter of less than 50 cents but that is irrelevant. How many peoples change do they keep?
