We turned the heat on in room 213 and it smelled horrible like there was mouse poop in there. Tried to tell staff at departure but they were busy and I didn’t want to wait. Stay was fine no issues otherwise

The rooms (we have family in 4 different rooms) were in various states of disrepair but the beds were very comfortable. Refrigerators and microwaves were not clean, one had leftover food in it. Door knob came off in hand, smoke detector and bathroom vent hanging open, let alone when toilet overflowed, there was no maintenance person to fix it, had to be moved to another room. Front desk told us we were getting two rooms with couches.......we didn't. Breakfast was VERY GOOD, waffles, cereals, milk, fruit (2) Coffee.

The facility is very clean. Rarely saw staff unless you called for them at the front desk or they were coming into your room with other guests because they forgot they put us in the room 3 hours earlier. Bathtub / shower fixtures were in rough condition. Sparse.offerings for the free breakfast.
