I had a truly wonderful stay at Hôtel Lounge Madiana Plage. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Philippe is incredibly kind and helpful—when Uber wasn’t working, he personally arranged a car to take me to the airport. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was enjoying my time at the hotel. The food was absolutely delicious! I especially loved the fresh fish—sea bass and dorade—prepared with care and always served with a smile. The lady in the kitchen is so kind, and the gentleman working outside is equally friendly and attentive. The hotel itself is a gem: peaceful, right next to the beach, and probably the closest beachside hotel to Abidjan. It’s perfect for a relaxing getaway without going too far from the city. I highly recommend Hôtel Lounge Madiana Plage to anyone looking for comfort, good food, and genuine hospitality. I will definitely be coming back!

The hotel is overpriced compared to the service. The AC was leaking water into the room. The staff felt that this was not a big deal and they called someone to repair. This was really dangerous because it was leaking above an electric fridge and by the time i relised it a lot of water had accumulated already. The restaurant was not very good. Food takes too long and didnt feel fresh. The hotel staff tried pressuring to take the hotel transport to the airport despite it being more expensive than normal taxis. Almost waited 30 minutes to checkin. Only positive point was the big business center.
