I was unable to check in early upon arrival. They had trouble finding my reservation. I got locked out of my room for the second night of my stay. They came and took my towels at the end of my first night, but then never replaced them. They also came and knocked on the door about 9am to see if I was leaving and to take the towels that they never replaced. The breakfast consisted of microwave sandwiches and oatmeal. There was noise and parking lot activity all night. The kind of activity that is not the positive kind.

The good: great water pressure, seriously hot water, decently comfortable beds. The challenging: this place needs some serious TLC. It didn’t feel clean (as in- it was not at all clean), there was no coffee in the room, no tissues, and just a couple of towels for us to clean up. We felt like this was a time of transition for this hotel, and we hope the best for them in the future. We personally would not be back.

The hotel is in very poor shape. The lobby is dirty and the staff was wearing dirty clothes. We were placed in a room on the backside of the building and had to go through a dark breezeway with broken tiles, parts of the walls are falling off, the back has a dirt yard for pets that is not maintained, etc… we get to our room and the door is dirty, paint chipped off and scratched. The room’s carpet is torn and not vacuumed, the ceiling is dirty, the furniture and walls are not maintained. We did not feel comfortable staying and immediately went back to the lobby and asked for a refund because we would not be staying the night. We touched nothing. We told the staff we were not going to be staying there because the room is dirty and the hotel itself is falling apart. They offered another room and we declined. They told us they would refund the cost of the room and printed a receipt for us showing proof of refund. The staff members started talking in a different language in front of us, one was sent to look at the room, one gave us the refund and was civil, and another staff member gave us dirty looks the entire time and made us feel uncomfortable. I never leave bad reviews, but this place seriously needs an overhaul. I would not recommend that anyone stay there.

Worst hotel experience

The room smelled so strongly of bleach that it burned your lungs to breath. The tub was grundgy dirty and the tile looked as if it had mold growing. The furniture was completely worn out. There was only 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 was rag in a room with 2 people. TV did not work. Pool was filthy. Breakfast was a frozen Jimmy Dean's breakfast sandwhich and coffee. When we asked about the bleach smell, or for more towels, we were told that someone would come by. No one ever did. Probably the worst hotel experience.

This was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed in my entire life. For some reason they don’t like to give you towels or soap, so if you stay here, you better bring your own. The website looks nothing like the facility. The TV didn’t work they refused to bring us towels or soap after multiple request. When we first arrived, there were no towels or soap in the room and I had to request some. They brought us one towel and one washcloth and one bar soap for two people for three days again I went down and requested a towel. I got one from the maintenance man then the following day when I requested again, towels and soap, we never got it so for true three days we had two towels, one washcloth and one bar soap, The food for breakfast is ridiculous. The ice machine was broken no coffee pot in the room no glasses in the room.

Check in was easy (except for the drunk stumbling around the lobby). We reserved a “Deluxe” Queen room for 3 nights. Walked in no towels, soap, tissues, coffee maker, glasses and tv didn’t work. We left the room and asked an employee for towels. When we returned later that night we had 1 towel 1 wash cloth and 1 bar of soap (for 2 people). Went to office asked for tv repair and more towels and soap. After the “maintenance” man searched he found 1 towel for us. Ok the next morning I went to desk and asked for the tv to be repaired, more towels and soap. That night we got back absolutely nothing had been done. The door had a cheap chain so we pushed a chair up against it since loud drunks were running around outside our door. The next morning I went back to lobby and the man behind the counter wouldn’t look up or acknowledge me in any way. I just laughed and walked out. We had plans and I had to go so when we got back (our 3rd night) we still had been using our same 2 towels 1 wash cloth and 1 bar of soap. Obviously no one had been in our room and my husband finally had enough. The employee who could not understand English got across to us we could change rooms. I told him I wasn’t going to pack everything and move to another room since we would be leaving in about 8 hours all we wanted was fresh towels and tv repair. So finally a man got our tv to work and we never got our towels or soap. We had to use our shampoo to wash with. There was piles of trash everywhere.

Not worth the low cost

I didn’t expect much with the low price, but I did expect more than what we got. 2 people, 2 nights for quick access to 70 to mountain bike. We were given 3 towels and when I asked for more I received the response “didn’t I give you 3?” Needless to say we didn’t get new towels. There were empty liquor bottles and beer can under the bed, not to mention the sticky carpet. I’m happy to dirtbag it, but I’ll definitely pay a little more to stay elsewhere.

All of the staff were super friendly! It sucks to leave such a negative review, because they were all so nice. But the room (barf noise) was absolutely disgusting! I took tons of pictures. The bathtub had soap scum and tons of soap hair in it, the bathroom floor and wall had splatter that looked like poo. The bathroom mirror was covered in toothpaste splatter. The hair blow dryer had pubic hair all matted on it and on top of the holder. Every wall had splatter and food. Drapes and bedding had tons of stains. Water damage to the ceiling. It was pretty bad. And on top of that, housekeeping was in there when we were trying to check in, so it’s not like a mistake was made.

Terrible Hotel

I got to the hotel to check in and there was nobody at the front desk and no sign saying they would be back. I called the hotel phone number and the front desk person answered and came to the checkin desk. The room had a broken TV which was annoying because I wanted to watch an NBA playoff game. I called again to the front desk and was told they’d be by the room soon. I walked back to the front desk after 10 minutes and they finally came by and decided to change out the TV in my room. The room itself didn’t have a chair at the desk, it was dirty, the shower curtain was moldy, the outlet for the blow drier wasn’t working until I pushed the reset button on it. I will never stay at this Days Inn ever again. I don’t know how I was even able to sleep knowing how disgusting the room was.

Very old, ran down hotel. Everything is old, very dirty carpet. We also had a dirty bath mat. Breakfest had no choices, just some frozen breakfast sandwiches but the fridge and the freezer haven't been cleaned in months.
