The room had many amenities like plates, cups, full fridge. It was clean and smelled great. Loved the curtain divider. Definitely would recommend. Best hotel I stayed at in grand junction so far

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Brittany at the front desk was super nice and helpful. The crew that put together the breakfast did an amazing job. The pool and hot tub was heated to a nice warm comfortable temps. I will definitely be staying there again!

For two consecutive days, the WiFi was completely unavailable, causing inconvenience to everyone in the room. Despite my presence for two nights, the room remained uncleaned. When I inquired about the cleaning schedule, I was informed that it occurs every other day. Truely frustrating.

Stayed here before and always came back because its a nice hotel but from this experience I probably wont come back. We had made great time and made it to town an hour early. Tried to see if we could check in early by an hour but room wasnt ready so thats understandable and was told she would put a rush to clean the room. Came back at check in time and room still wasnt available and found out no such thing had happened. Wanted to get a refund to get another hotel so I could get the kids out of the car that are 2 and 5 years old and they wouldnt. Finaly was able to get our room 2 hours after check in time. They definitely made us feel like we where the inconvenience eventhough we didnt get our room for 2 hours that we paid 200 dollars for. To make us feel like that and them doing anything to rectify the situation I personally dont think is good business and not deserving of it again.

The pillows just did not work for us unfortunately. We have stayed here several times in the past and didn’t have any issues whatsoever. The area feels safe, the staff did what is necessary. There are places nearby to eat but not within walking distance.

Adequate for the price, nothing fancy
Sufficient for the price. Friendly staff. Overall the hotel is decent. Rooms are average, nothing fancy. Pull out couch not comfortable at all. No king beds (only small queen) on site so that was disappointing and not what we normally expect from a 1 bedroom suit. Mini kitchen has full fridge sink microwave and dishwasher with utensils and dishes but no other cook top option, again unfortunate for a suit. Breakfast in the morning was average with premade options like egg sandwiches etc. there was a waffle maker, yogurt and cereals, overall a plus. Fitness center was more than adequate with free weights, kettlebell and slam balls and a cable rack with pull up bar and cardio equipment, A big plus. Laundry facilities were good. Indoor Pool was nice...spa outside which was perfect in the cold weather. Overall it was a good stay but would not stay there again for the aforementioned reasons.
