Felt like the property has not been updated, painted in years. Felt trashy, bed was uncomfortable and prayed I didn't't get bed bugs, I did not! Carpet seemed very dirty. Person who checked me in smelled like cigarettes. Not the best impression.

The room was clean but needs a refresh. I hate seeing inch wide poorly laid caulk trying to cover up mold in the shower and the halls and doors could use a fresh coat of paint would go a long way. Worst part was the noise I was by a door and people were in and out and up and down the stairs until well after 2. On top of that I could hear every step coming from the room and hallway above. It’s clean, staff is nice just don’t take a room near a door or stairway!!

The halls and front desk area were very dirty. The room wasn't as bad, but I found hair on the blankets. Had a tub but didn't have a stopper. Ask the front desk and was told he didn't have one, to go try and find a housekeeper 😳 Not my job! I'm the guest.TV wouldn't change channels. It would freeze up and shut off.
