Asked for room service and sheets were not changed ~~trash was left in hallway several nights down the hall....housekeeping didn't bother picking up trash. The days and hours of Airport shuttle were inconvieniet for most people. Would not recommended Staying here.

Staff was not that friendly and at times seemed unprofessional. Good hear complaining and cussing in the back office when at front counter. Scheduled my room to be clean and all they did was make the bed and lay new towels on the back of the toilet. Didn't vacuum or wipe anything down. The young man however at the counter first day checking in was nice.

I want to acknowledge the young man who was at the front desk 5/23/25. I'm a woman traveling alone and he was very considerate of making me feel safe by asking what level floor I would prefer and by not mentioning that I had a reservation for one in front of the line of other guests checking in. He reassured me the conjoining door for my room was secure. I really appreciated his reassurance. I would recommend this stay to any other woman traveling solo, or just anyone who could benefit from having that extra consideration by the staff in a unique situation.
