We stayed here as a stopover on our road trip from Denver with our 11-month-old — our first road trip with a baby — and unfortunately, our experience left a lot to be desired. We arrived around 10:30 PM and were surprised that no one was at the front desk. The receptionist didn’t come out from the back office for nearly five minutes. Having previously worked as a hotel receptionist myself, I found that odd — especially since the 3–11 PM shift should typically still be active and the desk staffed. With an overtired and crying baby, the delay felt even longer. Once we settled into our room, we were really hoping for some calming background noise or distraction from the TV — but it didn’t work properly. The remote barely functioned, and we couldn’t adjust the volume, which was frustrating and disappointing when all we wanted was a peaceful wind-down moment after a long day. In the morning, the coffee was unfortunately pretty bad, although I did appreciate that a continental breakfast was available. The room itself looked decently modern, but the provided toiletries were far below average — small bar soaps and low-quality shampoo/conditioner. Compared to another hotel on our road trip at the same price point, which had high-quality, wall-mounted toiletry dispensers, this felt like a miss in both quality and convenience. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families traveling with a baby. While it might work for a quick solo stopover, our experience lacked the small

The air conditioning unit was extremely loud.

The room was nice, check-in was fast, breakfast was ok, but the air conditioner sounded like a locomotive was running in the room. It didn't shut off once all night for some reason. We were very tired when we went to bed & didn't realize it was doing this until we settled down & tried to sleep. Due to the noice & constant blaring, it was difficult to sleep to say the least. If we hadn't been so tired & it having been so late when we got back to the room, I'd have asked for another room.

The pool was disgusting and covered in mold, they should be ashamed for having it open, the elevator was broken, the bathrooms don't have locks, their pillows are terrible, the Netflix on the TV didn't work, their "market" was completely empty, and theyre toiletries consisted of two bottles of conditioner but no shampoo or lotion.

Comparatively new hotel near the regional airport, right off I-70. The place is in great shape, the room was large and the beds comfortable. Staff was quite friendly and helpful. The breakfast included was standard for mid-price-range hotels. I found the nightly charge to be unexpectedly modest given the quality of the place. I'd go there again for sure. Easy access to Colorado National Monument, which is a must-see

The staff was very friendly and the property was nice, the room was also very nice. The only thing was the sheet had a big stain and some small holes in it, and the shower stall had some mold in the edge. Other than that it was very nice. The refrigerator was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The recliner was a nice touch too.

This is one our best stays at any hotel in quite awhile. Room was great! Best water pressure/shower head we have experienced while traveling. Temperature in room was a little warm.😉🤗 Guest services were friendly and prompt. Our pool time with strangers who became friends one day, into a wonderful evening with our two young adult daughters, was wonderful! Pool and hot tub were clean and temperatures perfect.👌 Breakfast area was spacious and clean. Plenty of parking even with the hotel at capacity. Due to a terrible experience at a La Quinta Inn, 19 years ago located in San Antonio, I had very low expectations. This weekends stay redeemed my faith in this hotel franchise!
