Large room, comfortable beds and soft linens/towels. The shower had great pressure and lots of hot water. We liked having a large fridge and a microwave. Nice TV. The stand outs were the excellent hot breakfast, what a great start to the day. Also the breakfast room staff work hard and keep everything replenished and plentiful. Sarah on reception is your star, we were extremely impressed by her friendliness, professionalism and her calm nature during a medical emergency when she called 911 when 2 people in reception had a medical emergency. There was another employee also there who also remained calm and helpful, unfortunately we didn't catch her name. I hope you let her and Sarah know, that as 2 ER nurses, we were incredibly impressed with how the situation was handled. We look forward to staying with you again in the future.

Its an older motel and has been up graded and the rooms are bathrooms have been re done and I dont have to use my toilet seat lift adaptor I need to use in a lot of newer motels

Great neighborhood hotel
Rented the room for visiting family. The hotels on Horizon are fairly old but my family said it had been updated nicely and they loved it and want to stay again. Got my vote.

We were in Room 242. Nice big clean room. however, you can hear the traffic and the people above you on the third floor so pretty easy to be woken up. The hotel is in a handy area for the airport and traveling around grand junction. We liked the hotel but would only stay here again if we were on the third floor

Great place overall
Convenient off the I-70 and minutes from the Grand Junction airport. While the hotel would benefit from a face-lift, overall the price, clean room, friendly staff, and excellent hot cooked breakfast makes this Quality Inn a good option.
