The staff was very cordial unprofessional. Was unable to use the safe that was available in the room. staff including management and maintenance were unaware of the proper procedures to be able to use the in room safe for my valuables. 😕 unacceptable.

Very nice for a budget price. Restaurants close by. Fairly large room. Comfortable bed. Good selection of typical breakfast items - waffle machine, essential, sausage, toast, bagels, pastries, coffee, juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, etc. Didn’t interact much with staff, but they seemed ok. Outdoor pool looked nice, but didn’t use it.

The rooms were clean but the customer service was very poor. Not friendly at all! The building just had an odd odor to it. The dining area was dark and the continental breakfast wasn’t very appealing. I only stayed because it was a last minute booking while other hotels were already full, I will not come back to this one.

Room was clean and comfortable but sonewhat small. Air conditioner was very loud. Not a restful stay, hotel hallways were noisy with lots of banging and shouting late at night and early morning. Shower tiles were cracked and grout falling out. Didn't even get to have breakfast, overcrowded and out of everything including coffee.
