Terrific stay in a well-done refurb. The on-site manager went out of his way to be so kind and helpful. I was able to get in my room a bit early, which was a terrific help for all I needed to accomplish in my quick stay. Room was great, location was great, management was great! Thanks so much!

the sign on door said they would send room number and code via email. I never received an email, and had to check in in person and received a key. the sign on the door was incorrect. There were only decaf packets of coffee in the room, 4 to be exact. There was no one around to get regular coffee packets.

This is THE place to stay in Grand Lake!
Lone Eagle was a wonderful hotel in an amazing location, walkable to everything in Grand Lake! Will book again! Clean, quiet and super friendly and accommodating staff.

No one was staffing the front desk during the hours they were supposed to be. Supposedly i was to receive info on my room and how to get in, but i did not. I called their number and got ahold of someone whom i struggled to communicate with. After maybe 10 or 15 minutes she was able to text me the information.
