Room and bathroom were very clean. Plenty of hot water in the shower, Bed was decent and pillows better than average. Nice being able park right outside the room. I enjoyed my stay and will be a repeat guest next time I am up on the North Shore

Everything was just fine for the one night we stayed: the room was clean, the bed comfortable. I liked the end second floor room facing the nice trees. We didn't use the breakfast, so I can't comment on that. It was a nice location for being quiet, and not too far from downtown. The staff were friendly. Thanks!

The receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly. An older building but very clean, especially the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent price. Just minutes from North House folk school. I would stay again.

I liked the convenience of my room right by the door where my car was parked, so no stairs. I didn't like that Expedia said that they have an indoor pool but they do not have one on-site. We were able to get a pass to use the pool at the Aspen Lodge down the street. Also the beds are terribly hard, luckily we were only there for one night.

Entry doors, windows, air conditioner and comforter all need updating. Freshening up paint will make it more appealing. Weeds and outdoor light posts make the property look terribly run down. Like the newer sink and toilet and tv. The staff are VERY nice and helpful.

There was no working air conditioning. The curtains had tears all over them. The windows were in disrepair. The bed was comfortable though. I would not stay there again. Confused why this hotel was in the condition it was when they also own Aspen Lodge and another hotel in Grand Marias that are much nicer!
