Carpets were filthy in the stair/halls. No elevator. Nice restaurant and sleeping areas. Spendy for what you get-our lodge was so small we couldn’t hardly fit our suitcases on the floor. Great location if skiing

Make sure you have all of your check in informatio
We had a slight misunderstanding at the front desk upon check in. Once we got the issue figured out, rather than moving past it, the front desk employee began an unprofessional and incredibly rude rant at how it was my fault that it took so long. All the while she was trying to have two conversations on the phone with a customer and another person. I completely understand if someone is overwhelmed that it may get a little tense but it was completely uncalled for. The rest of the lodge staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant! A special thanks to our morning front desk employee. She was incredibly sweet. The rooms could’ve been cleaner however. There was hair and just general dust everywhere.

Nice room with no hot water
We enjoyed our room very much! The view was lovely and the bed was very comfy. There was an intermittent issue with the hot water (there was none) and the explanation was that “it happens some time but should be okay later”
