Great Hotel and Great Area

Our overall stay was great however check-in was a fiasco. We had 2 back to back reservations for total 5 nights and it created drama throughout our stay. Maybe new employees? Not sure. But the room was large, very clean and welcoming, lots of storage, a stocked bathroom. Bed was comfy, pillows flat as a pancake though. Pet friendly and there was a large pet bed, bowls, treats and waste bags in the room (there us a nightly pet fee though). Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, terrific winery down the street. Great location to hiking, waterfalls, golf and snow sports in the winter. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

What a beautiful hotel you have. Quaint, quiet, nice friendly staff. The shower was a bit confusing, I didn't see the little sign showing how to operate the shower.

First time staying would definitely stay again. The drive there was beautiful coming from Duluth. In the rooms there was art on the walls you could purchase I thought that was a very neat idea.
