I had expected a better experience with the hotel being a Baymont.
Check in was easy online but, then once getting a room key, I was charged an additional $50 for a deposit.
The room was average. The carpet next to the bed was badly stained and warn. I'm not sure why but, the smoke detector was missing and what appeared to be laundry dryer sheets where shoved in the hole where the smoke detector once was. The TV remote didn't work.
The bathroom was ok with exception of the tub would not drain. It appeared that the water in the tub after a shower was slowly leaking under the laminate flooring and seeping up when stepping on the floor.
The pool and hot tub where not in service. And finally the breakfast options were limited to 3 types of cereal or a bagel. That was all that was available. The staff was friendly.
Oh! And the parking lot was full of glass. Likely from car break-ins.
