Friendly staff and very clean!

My husband, son, and I stayed 1 night. The hotel is very clean and staff is super friendly! Check-in and check-out was easy and convenient. The included continental breakfast was good! There were plenty of items to choose from. The only complaint we have is the the pool was not very warm. It's a menial complaint compared to our great stay! We will be back!

The elevator felt like it was going to literally fall apart. Then we were getting ready to go to bed and a syringe with a needle fell out from under the bedding no more than 3 inches from my foot. I went to the front desk and the night staff woman was amazing and she moved us to a new room since that was all she could do. Then in the morning at the front desk I heard “I’ll let my manager know so we can keep that in mind for later, a kid could have gotten hurt” what about me?? from the lady mind you who was supposed to be the manager. we wanted a refund because we no longer felt safe after that and never got one. We were so disgusted and felt so unsafe that we just left without fighting it anymore.

The staff was great! Particularly the girl at the front desk. Very nice and efficient. The girl who worked the breakfast was great too. The facility itself was run down and not upgraded. The carpet in the room was very dirty and the double beds were extremely hard. The moment we walked out of room, the halls reeked of marijuana. It was terrible. There was even a person riding through the hall on a bicycle.

Other than it looked like it was under remodel, my stay was great. It was clean or felt clean. The Bfast area was clean. The staff were friendly and nice. I didn’t have room service or guest service. But I also didn’t request it. I would definitely stay there again. Wasn’t a bad price for someone in a budget. I also did book this a week or so in advance

Overall, great experience: very clean room, nice beds (on the firmer side), clean bathroom and towels. The hot breakfast was good; wished there was another choice in protein aside the eggs. Didn’t get to enjoy the pool this time but the patrons who were there seemed to like it a lot. My only suggestion is to have directions the laundry room labeled somewhere in the first floor, as I had to walk the entirety of the building to find it. Otherwise, a very good choice of hotel for a comfortable stay.
