Clean, comfortable beds, nice staff. Expensive parking, parked in ramp less than 24 hours and got charged two whole days (48.00), would have been cheaper to get a parking ticket. Would stay again if I can figure out better parking.

Stayed one night so we could see a concert. This hotel was a great price and location. We were a five minute walk from the show and several restaurants. Will look at this property next time we come to Grand Rapids.

Unique property in the heart of GR with reasonable rates. Room and bed were comfortable and in good condition. One thing to note was a bath towel with frayed edges.

Overall a nice place. The bed was comfy. The shower was awesome. The boxed water is awful however, tastes like cardboard. The bath towels are the smallest towels I have ever seen in a hotel.

The cork floors in the rooms weren’t fabulous on your feet but it was quiet and convenient. Great location, easy to get to and had extremely comfortable beds!

Multiple good experiences. Brought our 11 year old for a Christian show at Vanandel. 8 minute safe walk and walkable restaraunt options. Attached Parking structure. Safe but expensive parking.

I booked a queen sized bedroom and they put us in a full sized bed room. They said because we booked through a 3rd party site they couldn't help us. When we got in the room the toilet was full and someone else's hair was in the sink. Only choose this place because it's close to concert venue. Didn't know parking would be 50 bucks. Never going back.

Boutique hotel in a great location for downtown events and dining. Pros: Updated room, comfortable bedding, street view, awesome location to easily walk around town, very friendly staff! Cons: No mini fridge in room, hotel lounge is closed Sun & Mon, they do not validate or discount parking- options are street meter parking or parking ramp with walkway to hotel is $45 for 1 night. Overall would definitely stay here again for the convenient location and nice staff!

The elevator was down on our arrival around 4pm and didn't come up until the next day. My girlfriend has an injury and was put on the 4th floor (she prob should have asked for a lower but we were promised it would be fixed by our return that evening). The doorman was great and carried our bags up but that was a lot for the hotel to ask of him. Shower tile was a little old and chipped which made it not feel clean although i think it was sanitized. Overall property was good.

For the $ charged the value is not good. The hotel does not provide housekeeping unless specifically requested. Room was small. Several areas were not fully clean. Elevator did not work 1 day of my stay. Overall very nice location but poor value for the cost
