Pool was down which was a bummer for kids who wanted to swim and were told they would get to swim on vacation. Vending machine, and ice machine on main floor were out of order, vending machine on third floor had warm drinks in it. Breakfast was ok, but not the best.
When we booked it said NOTHING about the pool being down😡 Try traveling with a 3 yr old excited about swimming and finding out the pool is NOT open😡 The bath tub was slippery, no safety strip. The food was generic, chocolate waffles rubbery and took over 5 minutes to cook. The coffee was good though.
They provide us a nice, comfy room. Breakfast was also good

The rooms are large and comfortable and the property is easily accessed. The breakfast was nothing special and the chairs in the dining area were not so clean. Main detractors were the outside noise and the water pressure in the bathroom sink and shower was fairly low.

Stains on carpet. Drapes were torn at the top. Minor stuff. Room was clean. Price was affordable. Location was convenient.
Hot tub has been closed since COVID and pool is closed for renovation—didn’t see this on website, booked through Expedia; water pressure in hotel is down for hot water—showers are warm at best with poor pressure; was booked in a pet friendly room (not requested) it was so musty smelling; breakfast service on the weekend was very slow, had to ask twice to get things refilled; but on Monday morning we missed breakfast by 9 minutes and everything was already locked up and closed; faucet in bathroom sink was very hard to turn on and would splash all over once it did start working; called for service due to a clogged toilet and was brought a plunger (standard?). Unfortunately, would not recommend unless you get a very good deal and these issues don’t really concern you.
Had a late check-in, desk manager was very cordial. Room spacious, super clean, great bed.

Okay for one night
Okay for one night. The room was clean and stocked with towels and necessities. We had requested and the front desk clerk said we had a 2 queen bed room but when we got there found it to be 2 full beds. The beds were quite uncomfortable. The hotel was quiet at night. The breakfast was mediocre, and the breakfast staff was grumpy.
Shower pressure was horrible was at only half capacity. TV didn’t work. Paid for 2 queens but got put into a king do to over booking. Staff was friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible. It appears it is a work in progress.

Double charged when we got there. The room smelled like burning plastic. We had to go to the front desk to get a broom to knock down cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling. The couch had something spilled all over it. The desk told us they would move us to an upgraded room but called us a few hours later to say that room was taken so gave us another room. That one was clean but we went to take a shower and the water didn’t work! They told us that sometimes if someone else is taking a shower above the room, our room wouldn’t get much coming out of the shower. Really? So we had to wait 2 hours for the maintenance guy to check out what really was going on. It needed a new shower head. I went back to the desk and told them they needed to compensate for all these issues and the manager(who was on her last day), said there’s nothing she can do besides moving us again…to a room with only 1 bed and we needed 2 or we can leave and they will cancel our remaining 2 days. Yes….and told us we can leave. Who says that? Plus they ran out of some of the food for breakfast and the pool was under renovation so our daughter couldn’t use that. Terrible management there. Way to many excuses and never made it right.
