Everything was perfect. Breakfast was delicious & had a variety of hot food and healthy options. The entire property and area was so clean. My room was impeccable. I stayed here after a concert at the Van Andel Arena & would do so again.

Awesome stay
Friendly staff, room was clean, comfy beds, really nice pool and hot tub, hot breakfast with lots of options. Also had laundry facility and small arcade. (racing game, pinball and air hockey). They had a really awesome tribute to veterans on the bottom level by pool area. This area also felt very safe, close to hospital and shopping.

Clean, efficient hotel with easy access to everything we wanted in Grand Rapids. Location made the choice, since more expensive than hotels farther south, closer to the airport, but quite a bit less expensive than downtown.

Everything was great except the refrigerator started making a bad noise at 2:30 in the morning and kept me awake. I requested that the manager call me and she never did. Alot of money to get no sleep.
