Hotel called ahead of time to tell us there was no HOT water. Refused to give us a discount on our stay but stated we could go somewhere else. Then we got locked in our room because the dead bolt was jammed. They stated “this has happened to 3 other people because our locks are old”. I was also not impressed an employee entered our room with a master key card without even knocking 🙃. Honestly feel bad for the employees and hope the new management can increase the safety and dismount/accommodation when a hotel is not up to par. Do not recommend for a couple months until some repairs are done.

Had to cancel reservation after arriving at the hotel as they didn't have hot water. They stated they would cancel without penalty if i wanted to go to a different hotel. What i saw of the main entrance was nice and staff was very friendly and apologized for this situation.

My boyfriend and I have stayed at this airport Sonesta a couple of times now. The staff is welcoming and always accommodating, everything is kept clean and the lobby is quiet and relaxing to sit in and people watch. The location of it is so good right next to the mall and located just near enough to down town and so many restaurants! The only downsides however were onsite issues with the hot water which we were warned about when we checked and we didn't mind only because we have friends in the area who let us borrow their shower 😂👍 the hot tub was also shut down for this reason which is a big draw for me to any hotel. The staff was super great yet again because of these issues (which things happen it was totally unpredictable). They offered us early check in and extended our check out time shout out to desk manager Kyle this helped us immensely with our travel times and totally made up for the small problems.

They knowingly let me check in and stay without telling me they had no hot water! Went to shower the next day and called the front desk to explain it wasn’t getting hot. Apparently the hot water hadn’t been working for a while and wasn’t getting fixed for a couple of days. They offered me a discount but this is clearly a breach of contract on their part. I would not have checked in knowing they did not have hot water. Worst customer service ever.

Small details but reason for an average rating.
At first glance it looked fine but details were missing. Like no ceiling light so had to walk all the way to a bed to get light Restaurant on site .but not open. No coffee available in lobby. Surprising since even inexpensive places have coffee. Hot tub closed "temporarily" which was one of the reasons i booked. No rollaway bed. Didnt expect there would be a child with me. So not a big problem but just a convenience. And the most surprising thing. The desk chair was in shreds.photo attached. Well....photo upload didnt work either.
