Room was clean. Couldn't find a remote to the TV in the room. Room off the pool and several groups of people eating meals at tables next to it talking loudly until after midnight. Also AC/heater were very loud while on. But the room was very clean.

The front desk coordinators are very thorough explaining the amenities of the property to customers. I've stayed at this location (central) twice this month and each experience offered a clean room/ bedding and comfortable room temperatures. I didn't have the chance to visit the bar or pool, but it's nice knowing they're available. Highly recommend.

Viktor at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful! Our room was not clean and had a dirty stain on the sheets. It was very close to the airport and plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We were surprised that breakfast a not included but we did eat there one morning but not worth the $24 price.

The elevator closest to my room was inoperable. Hallway was cold. I checked in on Friday and out on Sunday, left an item in my room and they claimed to not have seen it even though I called on Monday morning and asked about it even though they stated the room had not been cleaned yet. So noone should have been in the room.

What an amazing place to stay! The building is clean and comfortable and smells so good. Awesome indoor pool with slide and spacious indoor/outdoor patio area. The absolute BEST part of this place is the staff! Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. It made our stay extra special. Absolutely will be staying at Sonesta when possible in our future travels.

My original room wasn't clean. I was placed in another room and it was also unclean. The front desk person lied about contacting a supervisor. Lock out of my original. 1st maintenance person rude. 2nd maintenance person, last name was Reid, very helpful and assisted in alert the housekeeping supervisor and cleaned my original room. I was checked out of my room with one more night. I wouldn't recommend or return to this property.

My say was pleasant. The only complaint I would have is concerning the bathtub. It did not look clean. In fact it looked pretty dingy. Other than that the bed slept comfortably. The room was clean and service was good. I would absolutely stay here again.
