The hotel was very nice and clean. They have food available for breakfast and dinner. Food was cooked well, not real tasty the night we too advantage of it. All in all it was a pleasant stay. It was nice to have the option to order some foods prepared in their “Kitchen/Bar” later in the evening.

This hotel is beautiful. We arrived in the evening and ready to have a snack and beverages. It was so convenient having Kitchen Bar right off the lobby. Breakfast was one of the best free breakfasts I've had. (And I book my stays according to free breakfast! ) The staff is friendly and professional. Will definitely be back and will book in other cities as well.

This is probably the best hotel I’ve been to and I have been to over 100 hotels. The staff was phenomenal the fact that they cater to children as well as adults. They provide breakfast and dinner plus free drinks. My son and I couldn’t be more happy with our choice in hotels and we will definitely be staying here every time we’re in Grand Rapids from now on.
