Embassy Suites by Hilton is our go-to 'staycation' in Grand Rapids, MI! The amenities are like no other...we always feel right at home and the kids look forward to staying here a few times a year! The staff is always helpful and accommodating. - from the front desk service to housekeeping; everyone is absolutely wonderful!

Great family meet spot
This is a beautiful facility. The staff were extremely accomodating. We came from out of town to meet here for a family holiday party in the afternoon in the breakfast area. Later that evening we enjoyed drinks and hor's douvres for free. The indoor outdoor hot tub was so hot but nice.

We’ve stayed at this Embassy Suites Hotel before located in Downtown Grand Rapids about a mile North of the Central business district where many of the good restaurants are located. Convenient on-site parking garage and bar/restaurant with complimentary drinks and breakfast. Large rooms with balconies offering a view of the bridge and river.

We enjoyed the happiness, friendliness & promptness of the staff. They seemed to truly enjoy their jobs. Also enjoyed the omlet for breakfast. It was the best buffet I've had yet & there was a lot of choices. Also liked the free upgrade. Hope to come back again.

This hotel was so nice. Would definitely return. The staff was very kind. The continental breakfast was next level. And while yes there is a small fee for parking (as with most GR hotels) this was very reasonable and very convenient.
