Very pleasant stay for a conference at DeVos across the river and just across the street from the Ford presidential museum. Clearly had a recent refresh so everthing was modern and in good condition. Staff was very friendly as well. I recommend the $10 breakfast pre-purchase which is both a bargain in itself but is very nicely prepared from menu selections (not just a buffet).

The location was great you could walk to the arena for concerts. The hotel even offered a shuttle. It is right next to the highway and downtown so you definitely get road noise. The service was great and the restaurant has great food and service for affordable prices unlike most hotel restaurants

The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. I love the free parking and breakfast served to you and they had excellent choices. The area is a little sketchy but as long as you stay on the main strip you are okay. They offer free shuttle within a 2 mile radious .

This hotel was very clean! Rooms comfortable and with all amenities. Staff at front desk helpful and friendly. Loved having Burger Theory on the ground floor. The snack area had a lot of selections as well. Appreciate the shuttle to Van Andel. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
