The rooms were huge, everything you could need in the kitchen. Breakfast had many options and choices, some of which I’ve never seen offered as a free breakfast before. (Overnight oats and chia) The staff was all wonderful and kind. Only things were the floors were so creaky in the hallways and the lobby. But it is original hardwood flooring and is absolutely beautiful. So well worth the squeaks. Parking is 35 dollars a day, but honestly the convenience of the parking garage and location make up for it. We stayed here for a show at Van Andel and the walk was quick and easy. Recommend and will be staying again.

The room was great. Desk staff was great. The breakfast wasn’t what you would expect for Hilton. Very lit to pick from. The bread was removed before breakfast was even done. But overall, 1st time there was good.

Found a dirty comb with nasty hair in it up in closet where extra pillow and blanket were. It was touching the pillow I wasn’t able to use it. Might want to change pillow case on that. Dishwasher still had dishes in it. There is a plate in cupboard that still has something on it. Dirty. Room was fine other than that.

It was truly a wonderful experience! The suite exceeded my expectations, offering a remarkable amount of space and stunning decor that made me feel right at home. One downside, however, was the inadequate soundproofing between the rooms, likely a result of the building's. architecture. The noise level was quite noticeable; I could hear the rustling of the shades in the neighboring rooms, the footsteps of guests moving about, and even the faint sounds of doors shutting and sinks running. Despite this auditory distraction, I can't stress enough how delightful everything else was—truly an exceptional stay!

The stay was good for our purposes for 1 night and going to a concert which was within walking distance. But the room could use updating the furniture and amenities seem older and worn / not great craftsmanship. But the room worked for our needs and was a great location. Would be nice if parking was validated or at least discounted.
