Nice try but….
Nice renovation but a lot of lip stick. Loud environment. Music could be heard through the floor in the morning. Heavy traffic outside made for a long night. They offered ear plugs but they don’t work for me. Late November and my window was unlocked also adding to outside noise. Didn’t care for the breakfast menu so went elsewhere.

I booked with AMEX. I got to property and they didnt accept it. The walls are paper thin. At check in they handed me an ipad to fill out my info. Never asked to see card or ID. as im filling out my info other peoples info was popping up. Very unsafe. I have never in probably a thousand stays encountered not showing ID or presenting the credit card. Staff was friendly. But the security of someone elses personal info is not good

This adorably remodeled motor inn is my go to place to stay during work. There’s a well-appointed bar for winding down at night and espresso and healthy breakfasts to get your day started. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Amazing All Around
rooms were nice and clean. neat features throughout. the staff is amazing. the restaurant serves delicous food and shouldnt be iverlooked. we had several crepes, both crustini's, lattes and the matcha pudding. pleasantly surprised by everything at this establishment. bang for the buck it is the best thing in Grand Rapids. the community Yurt is just awesome. Gas fir pits to enjoy during decent weather.

Neat hotel that offers a fun environment. Beds were soft and cozy. Great fire pit. Hotel has an onsite Bistro, the crepes were a very nice option for breakfast. Definitely on the list to stay here next time we visit Grand Rapids.

The facility is older but remodeled. It is not very sound proof to noises from the outside or from the bar below the rooms. Unfortunately no elevator to access above ground level rooms. It was a bit unusual to have input all of our reservation information into one of the hotel's tablets, including the credit card information after this had been entered into the Expedia reservation portal online when booking the room.

Great place to stay while visiting the Grand Rapids / Chisholm area! Staff was very friendly. Nice little bar / restaurant. The room was clean and had little touches to make the stay more pleasant. We’d definitely go back!
