Disappointing Meal

Everything was going perfect during the day until breakfast on Sunday morning. That only was half of the food cold because the woman wasn’t able to get food out there I guess quick enough, but the lady doing food and the lady from the front desk who seemed to help a little we’re the most unfriendly people I’ve ever talked to. If you had to ask for something you felt like you were asking them to go rob a bank for you. Other than that everyone else was very friendly and helpful.

Requested upgrade and was granted w/minimal charge. No availability for late checkout even if you’re an elite member. Only needed 1 hour until 1pm. That should change. that’s the whole point of becoming a member for the pricks. Staff friendly and kind. Room was clean and inviting.Very nice hotel and will be staying again when I’m in the area.

The property was immaculate. All staff was excellent, in particular, the gentleman that helped us when we arrived (from Zambia, don’t recall his name). He was warm, gracious, and very informative. The woman that staffed the breakfast area was also excellent - everything was hot, refilled whenever necessary, and very clean! Great service! Room was fabulous and very clean too. Thank you!
