The room was clean. Without an overly chemical smell, as if it was covering up something The front desk representative was very helpful. I found it a great value And so I was on a tight budget, attending a school workshop It had enough of the amenities, or all the amenities that I needed And the courteous, helpful staff Cleanliness and affordability made it a win, win, win for me!

The room wasn't very clean, The toilet seat was staid, the toilet had a poo streak in it which is nasty, the bathroom is extremely small and not very clean. T The air conditioner has mold growing in it and the ceiling isn't very well insulated so you can here the people in the rooms above you and all the things they are doing and lastly the parking spaces are narrow as can be if you have a truck it's tight to open your door. I would not stay at this hotel again for the $150 they charged for a night is a little over priced IMO!
