Dont recommend.
I would not recommend staying here. They have definitely not kept up with the maintenance. Check in took forever, as there were multiple people with issues with their reservations. No manager on duty and only 1 person doing check-in. Our rooms had both outlets broken by the bed and desk area. Didn't know and my laptop and phone died. Coffee machine broken in the room. The coffee at the free breakfast was broken, and they never bothered to put a substitute out. The food was terrible at the breakfast. Boiled eggs had hard centers and not a great selection of foods. No wifi in the room (as it said there eould be). Apparently it was down. The halls and our room smelled like the pool chlorine. The whole place looked tired.

This property gave us a room with beds unmade and wet towels on the floor. The worker at the desk seemed to not believe us! He did give us another room but it smelled so musty! We opened the window to freshen it up since it was too late (after a wedding) to find a new hotel. Beds were lumpy. Expedia should NOT be using this hotel. The breakfast coffee kept running out and limited breakfast choices.

Seriously!
This location is very convenient if you're visiting Grand Valley State University, because it's directly across the street. The upkeep of the room wasn't good. The furniture in the room was dirty, so we covered it with the extra sheets for the sleeper sofa. The breakfast selections weren't great.

This is the 2nd time ive stayed here. The 1st time wasnt the best the room was kinda gross and i wasnt sure i would return. This time i was very happy. I will be returning again next month. Hopefully it doesnt disappoint.
