No one at desk

No one was at front desk when we arrived, we picked up the phone and it rang for several minutes, hung up, did it again, hung up, walked around to find someone. She came to desk and helped us check in, with no apologies for not being there. She only gave us one key, we asked for a second. We went to our room and neither key worked, went back to front desk and she was gone, picked up the phone again, and it rang, hung up, walked around the corner to find someone and simply stayed “hello, anyone availabl?”. The young lady came out of a door and said “ are you yelling?” With a very rude tone. Told her the issue and she swiped cards and didn’t say a word, just handed back the keys. Extremely rude start to our stay while visiting our daughter at school. No conversation about breakfast, amenities, nothing at all.

We were needing a place to stay, seeing as were going to a St. Patrick's celebration. The staff was professional and polite, the room was clean, plenty of towels. This was a great value.

Convenient stay, close proximity to Grand Valley. Room was very musty smelling, and the breakfast that was offered was sad (and we usually have low expectations to begin with for included breakfast). We appreciated the fact that we could open the window in our room for fresh air.
