Room wasn't ready until 5:30 which is 2 and a half hours after they were supposed to be ready. The poor, young girl trying to check people in was scrambling to get information from housekeeping to get people into rooms but couldn't due to a language barrier. Also, she tried to call her managers and they were no help to her. They just let her flounder on her own.

Our room unfortunately was not ready when we arrived at 4:00 (3:00 was checkin). We were not able to get in until 5:45. The young lady at the desk was VERY professional in helping those of us in the same predicament. She was making all the calls she could to get housekeeping moving while handling some not so friendly guests. Everything else has been great.

Hotel was very clean, quiet and conveniently located. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok, but not the best it could be. Nobody was ever available at the front desk.

Close to the college which was nice but beds definitely need an upgrade, we felt like we kept rolling into the middle of our queen size bed. Some of the outlets didn’t work either. Very clean, staff were nice and they had a nice breakfast.
