I was worried booking this room bc of the reviews but my boyfriend and I had a great time, loved the hot tub and the staff was very nice. The only thing was the towels were a little dirty from others but otherwise it was great and we will be back!

This stay was pretty bad. To start it off I was given a Queen room when I paid for a King. No biggie, got that taken care of. Walk into my correct room and the door lock is broken, the carpet is ripped up and hanging out from under the ac unit. The shower leaked and the toilet had next to 0 pressure to flush. The bed was a whole other ordeal. It was what seemed to be a metal sheet with little napkins for pillows. The room also didn’t get cleaned at all during our stay and see had to ask for towels.

No breakfast. No restocking of room. We stayed one night and then a week later stayed in the same room and nothing was restocked. . Soap, coffee etc. Makes you wonder if they even cleaned the sheets. Jus the normal things. Worst of all theres no complementary breakfast.

Check in was a long process as front desk staff were more interested in having a casual conversation amongst themselves than taking care of us. Main hallways/elevator floors very dirty. Parking lot/flowerbeds had ALOT of trash in them. Restaurant was never open during our 3 night stay. Room was clean, but housekeeping never came in during our stay. Had to ask front desk for clean towels and toilet paper. The Raddison name used to mean quality......not this location.

The pool was disgusting, dirty floors around the pool, chairs are stained, things floating in the pool, not well lit. Our hallway smelled like pot and cigarettes. The remote did not work for our TV. Staff was kind but that’s about it. We will not be staying here again.

The staff did their best , but the place is in transition to new ownership , and it needs time. The phones in room didn’t work so if you have questions you have to go to the desk. The toilet broke in the room, so went to the desk to get a plunger. That didn’t work, so got my stuff went to the desk for another room. When I got to the room the tv didn’t work, so went to the desk again. He was able to resolve the problem. The sink and tub did not drain properly, so I showered with water up past my ankles. The coffee was terrible, and there was nothing else.
