Bare minimum only.

No coffee pot or coffee in room,only in lobby. Most of the time no one at front desk. Staff not at all friendly on checkin. Had gate closed at checkout even though staff in there talking. Everything in room was cheap and poor quality. Mattress and pillows very uncomfortable.

Inflexible Unhelpful Disaster

My stay was not a stay. My daughter was going to check in for us, coming from a different state, but got Covid and had to cancel. We tried to call to avoid the no show, but the ‘system’ of phone ‘help’ and websites was circular and absolutely unnavigable. We arrived a day late and were ‘no showed,’ and our rooms were rebooked, but the first night was not reimbursed. We had a panicked last minute rebooking at another nearby hotel, and we arrived at our wedding with literally only five minutes to spare. Completely unacceptable!

I would hot recommend staying here unless you have no other options. Beds are uncomfortable. First room we checked into had an awful smell. They did move us which was better. Thin walls. Very sketchy tenants and all around just not a great spot.

This is like Frontier/Spirit Airlines of hotels. It’s an extended stay hotel unlike any I’ve stayed. Everything cost extra. And the staff is pretty rude (there have been a few gems). Also if you check in late, do not expect to get your room. The hotel IS clean and IS quiet and conveniently located. So if you’re in a financial pinch it’s DEF worth it.
