This property is super clean. Front counter staff was not super friendly & did not greet me by name, which personalizes the experience. Bed was okay, not great. Lots of pillows. TV was on the small side, but watchable - only from bed. Accesable washroom was huge & floors shon, they were so clean. Water goes out onto main floor area, so dont leave your shoes too close. AC unit kept room comfortable & was reasonably quiet. Gym was ok but had no bike - only treadmills & weights. Coutesy towels & sanitizer were available. Breafast was available & the same menu both days. Chinky hashbrowns were not seasoned & bland. Scrambled eggs were mixed to the point of crumbs & no seasoning. Sausages were pretty flavorful & bacon was super thin but cooked well. Both bacon & sausage would benefit from grrase rack in bottom, to allow grease to drip off. Good selection of juices. Coffee was anemic but drinkable. Variety of cereals, toast , yogurt , apples & bananas were available & looked nice. 'Only one serving per guest' sign was rather tacky, but necessary, i suppose?

Modern, clean, spacious rooms. AC a little chilly for us in the common areas but the warm greeting a check-in offset the AC setting. We will be back in couple of weeks

The bed in my room was old, worn out & uncomfortable.. I could feel the springs inside the mattress! The pillows were also poor quality - I still have a sore neck & back from my stay last night. I believe it’s time they replaced their mattresses & pillows and aim for the comfort of their guests
