This hotel had such excellent service and friendly staff, a wonderful free breakfast and both the bed and the pullout couch were very comfortable. The shower water pressure was wonderful and it stayed hot the entire time even during a long shower. We would definitely stay here again for sure!

Staff are excellent Kyla front desk is so pleasant and efficient at her job . Rooms are clean but dated I know some rooms have been updated but not all. Breakfast area is spotless and stocked exceptionally well and lady is very pleasant. I stay due to staff, airport service, breakfast and location Quite impressed with Kyla though we can phone and she can recognize voices now that’s impressive with all the people she deals with. I have never used the pool

This is to bring to your attention the incident that transpired yesterday when me and my family went to spend the night in the hotel. We were in the pool with my kids and suddenly someone puked in the pool that lead us not to use it. My kids were so devastated because they were really excited to spend the night and to utilize the pool as promised. We went several times to the reception to know what remedy they will be doing so we may go back and use the pool but nothing happened. With this, would like to request for refund or discount as we personally choose the hotel because my kids prefer to stay in a hotel with pool. Thank you and looking forward for your positive response the soonest possible time.

Room was roomy enough to move about comfortably with a walker. We found out on checkout that we could have requested aids for disabled. Would have been good to know in advance, for example when you request an accessible room, offer the accessories you have available. We will definitely stay here again.
